Morning,

The OHA monthly report and routine coliform results for February 2023 are completed, with the exception of signature and certification information, and located at Public Works(Z)-Drinking Water Plant-Monthly Reports-2023-FEB2023. Once signed, they need to be sent to DWP.DMCE@odhsoha.oregon.gov no later than the 10^th of March.

The coliform sampling results are already signed by the rep at Alexin Lab, they just need to be sent with the other docs.

I can send them in or you can, just let me know how you want to proceed.
