Subject: Street Maintenance Fee Breakdown
Dan,
Based on these numbers for the street maintenance fee, I count a total of 3,545 units that can be billed $5/per month. (2244+998+256+47=3545) This would yield a total of $212,700 per year in revenue. Dan Z and I will try to create some maps for the first year showing what is supposed to be done and what can be done with incremental changes in the fee of $5-$11. The other dollar amounts below show the targets based on the scenarios from the Pavement Management Report.
$5 = $212,700
$7 = $297,780
$9 = $382,860
$11 = $467,940
$21 = $893,340 Scenario 2, PCI to 70 in 5 years, $10.6M deferred maintenance
$27 = $1,148,580 Scenario 4, PCI to 75 in 10 years, $7.1M deferred maintenance
$39 = $1,659,060 Scenario 3, PCI to 75 in 5 years, $6.7M deferred maintenance
