Hello Mr. Fisher,

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. I spoke with my parents and they provided me with the attached emails that were sent regarding this issue. One email was sent on 5/25/2016 and the other on 5/31/2016. We received one response (also attached) from Jennifer Cline letting us know that she would come and look at the driveway "soon." To my knowledge there has been no additional follow-up and no record of any responses from Jennifer nor anyone from the city regarding this issue since that last email. I was able to speak with one of our city councilors who urged that I email you and Dan regarding this. I apologize for not following up on this issue more frequently, I thought it was being addressed however, I am just now being made aware that nothing was being done. I appreciate that you can take time out of your schedule to come and examine the area. The address once again is 632 West Heintz Street (The house is on the corner of Ridings and Heintz).

Ultimately if there is a way, any way, to fix the driveway issue that would be ideal. As I explained in my previous email the water is puddling at the base of the drive way and the driveway is almost 2 inches taller than the street pavement. My family would be grateful for a resolution to this problem.

Thank you again and kindest regards,

Cameron Carver

Dear Mr. Cameron,

Thank you for contacting me. I will try to make it out there this week to

review with our engineering technician. Please note that the project is

completed and past warrantee so we can't go back to the original

contractor for resolution since this was a field fit condition and I

currently have no record of this issue being brought up in the past. If

you have prior emails to the former PW director and can email those to me

I would appreciate any additional information you can provide. After I've

had a chance to look at it I will get back to you on our options to

address your concerns. Thank you and have a good evening.

Regards,

Subject: Our Driveway

Hello Mr. Fisher,

I wanted to reach out to you regarding the driveway of my home located at

632 West Heintz Street in Molalla. Just a few months ago there was a

massive construction project on our road to connect West Heintz with

Molalla Avenue. The construction has ended however there are still a

couple of minor problems I wanted to bring to your attention. Our driveway

is no longer even with the road, I am not sure why or what the workers did

but there is now nearly a 1.5-2 inch step up to get to our driveway and

since the road and driveway are not even that has caused puddling and dirt

build up at the base of the driveway. The water that is on the road isn't

flowing towards the storm drains either. I wanted to bring these to your

attention with hopes that there can be repairs done so that water flows

toward the storm drains and that the road can be corrected so that it is

even with the driveway. I know one of our neighbors had reached out to

your office previously for a similar problem. I hope that the issues I've

brought up can be resolved soon!

Thank you,

Cameron Carver
