Hi Dan,

Met with Rick today and here is what he knows. DAS has to verify that all project meet the federal criteria before they can send out the grant agreements to agencies. The governor signed the bill with no line item vetoes that he could find. He said you should be getting an email from DAS on next steps once they have cleared the project.
