I was thinking about another trip to Molalla to check in with the EOC if they have one open.

It took the Governor 3 days to declare an emergency. Trump good a day to designate it federally. Lots of issues with communication and coordination from the state. We’re having discussions about that. They are improving a little now.

Please help push for PIO on a per complex basis so locals can get info and tell the levels of fire fighting organzatuons to stop seeing who has more PIO authority.
