Importance: Normal
It is complicated which is why I think some of the DEQ staff have had difficulty wrapping their heads around the permit error. Will let you know how the meeting goes. DEQ has now moved it to sometime during the week of the 26th.

Hi Representative Lewis,
Attached are two documents between the City of Molalla and DEQ. The first is a Notice of Civil Penalty Assessment and Order and the second is our amended request for a hearing and amendment to the Mutual Agreement and Order. The City is tentatively scheduled for a meeting with DEQ on October 20th and we intend to give you a briefing of the results of that meeting sometime within the following two weeks based on your availability. If you have any specific questions about what is in either document, please don’t hesitate to contact me on my direct line below. I will be sending the letter via email to the ACWA Board members shortly. Thank you.
