Jeff Ring of Ring Bender wanted to know if you have any availability this week on Friday to possibly attend a meeting, via conference call or in person, between the City and DEQ regarding our permit modification request. Jeff has had to involve Justin Green who is the state wide Division Administrator for the Water Quality Division. I’m not sure if you will still be in session or have other commitments that will conflict with this meeting. The meeting this Friday is at 10:30 AM at DEQ’s Portland Office, 700 NE Multnomah, 6^th Floor, Conference Room 1110. Let me know what your availability is as soon as it is convenient. Thank you.
