Hi Rick,

She is the individual who lives in the county a few miles south of the

City limits. She does not live in the City, own property in the City, or

pay property taxes or utility fees in the City. She is also the person who

is actively working against the City's efforts to get our wastewater

treatment plant work done, update our permit, and stirs up non-factual

issues against the City on social media. She is also the individual who is

regularly being supplied with information from DEQ regarding matters

between DEQ and the City before it is submitted to the City for review.

She has sued the City twice under the Clean Water Act provisions that has

costed the City a lot of money that could have been otherwise used to make

improvements to our systems. The City tried to settle with her to spend

the money in the right locations and she chose to litigate instead.

Be very careful when talking to her since she has an agenda and will twist

and reuse anything anyone says to her advantage. Here are some sites that

Do you know a Susan Hansen who lives in Molalla? She sent me a copy of

the consent decree concerning the waste water plant. Had a previous

request to call her.
