DEQ had a scheduling conflict that arose with the scheduled time next Monday. Really sorry for moving things, but would the morning of Friday March 31st work for you and the City of Molalla?
If not we can evaluate a few other time frames. It’s a priority that we get this scheduled as soon as we can.

Thanks for contacting me. We would like to set up a meeting and are looking at mid-morning on March 27th if that works. Attendees from the City will be Dan Huff (City Manager), Jimmy Thompson (Mayor), Mark Strandberg (Ring-Bender), Jeff Ring (Ring-Bender) and myself. I had a request from Mark that Richard Whitman (DEQ) attend the meeting since Mark and Jeff have been working directly with Richard on some issues.
I have a meeting in the morning tomorrow that will go until about 11AM but will be available the rest of the day for a phone call. I will try to reach you after my morning meeting. Thanks Dylan for all of your help.

My name is Dylan Frederick. I serve as Legislative Assistant to Representative Rick Lewis. Rep. Lewis asked me to reach out to you to see if you might be willing to talk with the Molalla City Manager about a sit down meeting in our office with the Department of Environmental Quality.
