Hi Dylan,
This is a follow-up to my earlier response. As of the close of day yesterday, our attorney’s made multiple attempts to make contact with the DEQ Director via email and phone calls to set up a meeting to go over the draft Mutual Agreement Order. To date, DEQ has not responded to our attempts to reach the Director regarding a meeting to complete the Mutual Agreement Order nor have we received comments back from them on the draft that was supplied to them per their request. The document was sent to them for their review on May 11, 2017.

Received an email from Richard Whitman on the 26th to our attorney stating they have had email issues. They are currently exchanging emails to set up a meeting date but I have not heard more back from DEQ or the attorney on this matter.
