Rep Lewis would prefer to meet in Molalla or Salem. He said if it has to be in Portland then it needs to be at 10 AM. He said Molalla is preferred so we can meet half way. I blocked out the conference room here at City Hall all day on the 5^th just in case.

Sorry about that. I finally got caught up on emails and saw the ones between Tina and Tiffany. I’ve asked Rick what times he is available on the afternoon of the 5^th so we can lock it in. We may be stuck with a small time window that Rep. Lewis is available to meet.
