As we head into spring I am able to start to get outside and start working on the speed zone investigation requests that came through during the winter/rainy months. During the winter months I am unable to complete speed zone investigations due to weather, as we do not complete investigations when the road surface is wet or it is actively raining. This speed zone investigation is currently 5th on my to do list. With the warm weather last week I was able to gather most of the field data on the first 2 speed zone investigation requests on my list. That puts this at the 3rd on my list for field data to be gathered. With the unpredictability of spring weather I am unable to give you a hard deadline as to when this data gathering will be completed. As we see more dry days I will be out in the field to get to this as soon as I am able to.
