Attached, please find the field citation for the violations observed during my inspection today at facility 7506, interstate Distributor, 10110 SW Ridder Rd, Wilsonville, OR.
The temporary closure status of your tanks expired on 10/19/2021. Please submit a 30 day notice for decommissioning, a request to return to service, or a request to change the tanks to storing unregulated substances by 12/15/2023. The forms are available on our website. If you need more time to line up service providers to do that work, DEQ will grant an extension of temporary closure only for as long as it takes to get the work arranged. DEQ will not grant an extension to the temporary closure status of your tanks to keep them in the state they are in now. You must make a decision about how you will proceed by 12/15/2023 and inform me.
