Good afternoon all,

Starting from the Wednesday meeting of April 12 Patti will be taking over the creation and distribution of the Wednesday agenda for the leadership meetings. I would like to give a huge shout out to Zaira for taking on this key task for all these months, I really appreciate you for doing it Zaira, and you Sue for facilitation!

The schedule will be the same as before, so agenda items will be sought on Fridays with a final reminder on Monday mornings prior to each Wednesday meeting. The agenda will be sent out at least a day before each meeting to this distribution list. Patti is at: Patti.Atkins@newbergoregon.gov

I will ensure Patti is aware of any vacation requests I have received to date for the agenda footer.
