The Newberg City Council met for a work session on July 22, 2019. The Council discussed goals and priorities. Arturo Vargas facilitated the discussion. The Council did an exercise on building healthy and trustful relationships. The Council and staff discussed what had been accomplished for the Council Priorities from 2017-2018, and what still needed to be completed. There was discussion of the 5 visioning plans that the Council would be formally reviewing on August 5. There was discussion on the next steps in the City Manager recruitment process.
