The Newberg City Council met for a Study Session on May 14th, 2019. Sean O'Day from Mid-Willamette Valley Council of Governments presented on how to hire a City Manager The goal was to talk about the different avenues for selecting a City Manager, timelines, and pros and cons of the different avenues.
