The Newberg City Council met on April 4, 2022 and took the following actions. Appointed Raquel Peregrino de Brito to the Budget Committee. Approved: Resolution 2022-3820, Termination of probationary employee Resolution 2022-3814, System rates In other business: Heard report on March narrative from the City Manager Pro Tem. Heard presentation on Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue District annual state of the district, Newberg Cultural District annual report, and Newberg Employee Pension Retirement System. Held first reading of Ordinance 2022-2896 Urban Renewal Plan. The second reading and adoption is scheduled for April 18.
