Hi Garett,

The City is pursuing a speed reduction along Hwy 213 from the north end of Big Meadows to the south City limits and would like the support of the HOA, if possible, when we submit our request to ODOT headquarters in Salem. Our target is to reduce the speed to 35 MPH. We are also recruiting support from the Fire District, Police Department, and commercial property owners and businesses along this route. If we could get a letter of support from the HOA on your letterhead that would be great. A short statement including the number of homes you represent would carry a lot of weight. I hope you and the Board can help us with this and please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. We would like to get everyone’s support letters by the end of the day on October 19^th.
