Attached is the updated SDC sheet for use at the front counter and when charging system development charges for new single family homes. For duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, and apartments it will be based on the water meter size for water and the number of units for the rest of the SDC’s. If someone comes in and requests SDC’s for commercial or industrial then that will take a bit longer for me to calculate. The section at the end is a quick and easy section to point to for new single family home construction on a vacant lot. Let me know if you have any questions and as I update these yearly for inflation or during a methodology update I will send you all a new sheet with the effective date. Thanks.
