Good afternoon Ray. Like we discussed last week, only very low detections and only in Borings B1 and B2. Highest detection was in B1 at 5 feet (PCE 5.55 ppm) but is below both vapor intrusion and dermal contact. PCE at 15 feet is 0.0295 ppm and is below leaching to groundwater. PCE is ND at 20 feet.
No diesel detected near old heating oil tank.
Soil-Gas results are all well below risk levels.
ISM does not appear warranted based on low detection levels or feasible as surface is composed of pea gravel underlain by compacted gravel.
I will begin preparing report for submittal.

I took a quick review and it looks fine pending the 6 borings down to 20’ will guide the depth of the ISM sampling (depth) at a later time. We discussed the analytes to analyze for which look good. And probe locations appear representative of where they would have dumped had there been some dumping.
