Hi all,

Thanks again for taking the time to hop on a call this morning and discuss the Phase 2 stormwater improvements project for the Vigor Swan Island facility.

Per our discussion, I have attached the overview figure I showed in today's meeting. Additional information requests are described below.

Analytical Parameters for Stormwater:

• The contaminants of interest (COIs) for the facility are TSS, metals, phthalate esters, PAHs, and dioxins/furans. Further details can be found in the 2022 Monitoring and Performance Evaluation Report (MPER), which was submitted to DEQ in February 2022. Please let me know if you would like a copy of this document.

SCMs in Other Basins

• I have attached an updated contingency SCM source control measures tracking sheet which details other SCMs installed in the various other basins that were included in the consent order.
