On behalf of Vigor Industrial LLC, we are submitting the attached Quarterly Progress Report, summarizing stormwater source control activities performed during the First Quarter 2022 for the Vigor facility located at 5555 N Channel Avenue in Portland, Oregon. This report has been prepared according to the requirements of the Order on Consent DEQ No. OPV-NWR-16-05.
