I’ve attached some draft comments on the Guilds Lake SCE Addendum report. Take a look and let me know if you’d like to discuss.
Since the addendum relies on the 2013 SCE report and the 2020 Tech Memo, I’ve included some comments on those reports as well. As I state in the front matter though, I’m not asking for revisions to those documents, but wanted to highlight some shortcomings that can hopefully inform the SC work going forward.
Also, we don’t seem to have the referenced document:

Not a big hurry, but I’d like to have that one in my site file if you have it available to share.
