The Newberg City Council met on December 18, 2023 and took the following actions. An Executive session was held under ORS 192.662(2)(e)(h)and (i). The City Manager gave a statistical report from October 2023. Council received reports on the new Employee Handbook and the Elliott Road Improvement Project wrap up. Standing Committee members appointments were verified by council. By motion, council approved a contract with Conduent for Automated Traffic Enforcement, a Notice of Funding Availability for Affordable Housing, and the Miller-Nash Contract Renewal.
