The Newberg City Council met on October 16, 2023 and took the following actions. Gave a Proclamation to the George Fox University Women’s Golf Team in recognition of a national championship. Listened to presentations on the sister city relationship with Poysdorf, Austria, Taste Newberg Annual Report, the History of Newberg, and Parking Survey Results. Motion to approve the mayor’s appointment of the members of the Ad-Hoc Committee on Short Term Vacation Rentals.
