The Newberg City Council met on July 3, 2023 and took the following actions. Approved: Resolution 2023-3902, certifying canvass of ballots for May 16 election. Order 2023-44 + Ordinance 2023-2915, Springbrook Master Plan amendment, approval of 403 lot subdivision Collina at Springbrook, approval of pedestrian bridge, change in zoning for 11.23 acres. In other business: Proclaimed Newberg Old Fashioned Festival week. Heard events report from City Manager. Heard presentations on Summer Reading Program, and Springbrook/Haworth intersection study.
