Mr. Benson,

Certified letters were sent on April 1, 2020 to your office and the corporate office of Wave Broadband in Kirkland WA. Wave Broadband was required to respond in writing and no written response has been received. Therefore, the City of Molalla is suspending issuance of any further right-of-way (ROW) permits. Wave only has one active permit (PW36-2020, 747 Rachel Lane) which will expire on May 30, 2020. If we do not receive a written response as required in the demand letter by May 30, 2020, then no further permits or extensions will be issued and the City will proceed with remedies listed in Section 18 of the Franchise Agreement.
