FYI.

There have been a few incidences where Wave Broadband has not pulled the required ROW permit. One being 916 South View Drive on 3/11/2020 to where Dan Huff was contacted by the home owner and the other one was over on 309 N Cole 02/24/2020. I was coming back from a ROW inspection for PGE on Christopher Street and notice work being done in the ROW. Crews stated that they were running a new service line to the home and Today over on Heintz Street behind the High School Pharmacy Wave broadband sub-contractor didn’t have the proper signage for closing the sidewalk. I had to provide sidewalk closure signs from the PW maintenance shop.
