Sam – I received a phone call today from Michelle Jordan of 916 South View Lane. She complained that Wave Broadband came out and removed the small green tower in front of her property (from her request). Wave left the property in disarray and ruined some of their new landscaping. I attached our Franchise Agreement with Wave, and based on my review they need to follow at least these two requirements when working in the right-of-way:

  1. 1. They are required to obtain a permit
  2. 2. They are required to repair and restore their work area
