Good Morning Jerry,

I received a phone call from Michelle Jordan at 916 South View Lane. She complained that Wave Broadband came out and removed the small green tower in front of her property (from her request). Wave left the property in disarray and ruined some of their new landscaping. I attached our Franchise Agreement with Wave, and based on my review Wave Broadband needs to follow at least these two requirements when working in the right-of-way:

1. 1. They are required to obtain a permit / Make sure you pull the required permits going forward
2. 2. They are required to repair and restore their work area / Michelle has stated that your crews have gone out and fix the landscaping.

Please make sure Wave Broadband follow the requirements of the Franchise Agreement with the city. Let me know if you have any question.

I have also attach a picture that Michelle sent me on her concerns with the work being done.
