I have updated our route with the crossing being toward the east side of the Heintz St and Center Ave crosswalk and we’ll continue to the customer’s location from the planter strip in their parking lot. I can resubmit the permit once we find out if this build is happening. I’m OK with issuing an bore under E Heintz Street to the east of the crosswalk on the east leg of the intersection with S Center.
