Please see attached PW29-2019. Also, I will be on vacation starting June 17th through July 4th. If you have any additional permit requests that you need processed then I will need to receive those no later than the end of the day on Thursday, June 13th. I will process and get them back to you before the end of the following day so you can keep going on your end while I am out. No one else in our office can process or issue permits and I am down one position in Engineering and hope to fill it in July. Thanks.

I would like to submit a ROW application for a new service drop to 811 E 6th St. We will be installing new coax from the existing pedestal on the north side of 6th St and continuing north onto the customer’s property. Mountain West Utility will be our contractor and we are planning on completing the work during the week of 6/10/19. Please let me know if you have any questions.
