Gerald,

Wave Broadband under PW34-2019 did not construct there communication line as to plan. They went over head across two power poles, instead boring underground. I’m not sure how the city handles this. Do we redline them as to what was built for our records? Do we let PGE know that they are attach to there poles? Are Wave Broadband aerial trespassing?
