Just ours utilities have to be dug in. The dry utilities are another thing. They have to be at depth, below the street base rock, not hit any of our utilities, and bore directly across the roadway at 90 degrees. No wandering or diagonals. If they heave the roadway or damage our utilities then they have to repair per standards. The property will be as good or better when they are done. No messes in the PUE and angry property owners.

Gerald,
You said that we don’t allow boring of utilities and I just want to double check on the dry utilities for boring? Are they a NO also?
