It sounds like Steve (PGE Special Tester) was able to touch base with you regarding the results of the monitor. It looks like you are providing him with specific event times and he can compare that to the data collected. The purpose of the PQ monitor is to determine if there is interference on the line on PGE’s side of the meter. The full details of the monitoring equipment (including the datalogger) are proprietary in nature and as a result cannot be shared. They can however, be used as an indicator of power quality events. I feel confident Steve will be able to review the information and provide a summary of his assessment. We will be in touch soon. Please reach out if you have any other questions or concerns. Kind Regards. ______________________________________________ Tyesha Woods Sr. Key Customer Manager • 503-464-7593 (o) • 971-347-4631 (c) PortlandGeneral.com • Follow us on social @PortlandGeneral From: Andy Peters <apeters@cityofmolalla.com> Sent: Tuesday, March 17, 2020 1:48 PM To: Ryan Hepler <rhepler@cityofmolalla.com>; Steve Isaak <Steve.Isaak@pgn.com>; Tyesha Woods <Tyesha.Woods@pgn.com> Cc: Gerald Fisher <gfisher@cityofmolalla.com> Subject: RE: Outage Contact Info ***Please take care when opening links, attachments or responding to this email as it originated outside of PGE.***
Tyesha, Ryan Hepler just informed me that you had the results of the PQ Monitor done over the last few weeks. Could I please have these results? I think he mentioned there were graphs, or perhapse you even have a CSV dump of the datalogger to go along with it, that I can share with our electricians? Even if power is within tolerance, I’ll need to go through this data on my end to figure out what needs to be done with the plant to avoid problems.
Thanks again for doing this work, looking forward to the results!
Respectfully,
Andy Peters

Hi Ryan,
My apologies for not following up with you. I’ve been checking up often with our Special Tester (Steve) in your area. The equipment is still on and monitoring. I am expecting him to pull the information this week and analyze it. My plan is to follow-up with you next week. My apologies for this taking a little longer than expected. The positive side is the more data we have, the better it supports our analysis. I’ll be in touch next week. Please let me know if you have any concerns with this time frame.
Thanks…T Woods

Tyesha,
I am reaching out to see if the utility workers ever pulled their monitoring equipment off the transformer. I know they were installed a few weeks ago but I am not sure if they have pulled the equipment off yet. If so, do we have any information about the power quality recorded. Please let me know and thanks again.
