I do not believe the primary has been pulled yet,
The Civil crew has done there work installing the conduits and vault.
The PGE crew will come to install wire on the 30th.
Unfortunately it does appear that the permit had expired on this project and I did not realize that.

Looking for clarification. Can you give me an update on where this project sits. I’m under the assumption that this project might already be complete. Crew was on site about a week ago running conduit and placing vault boxes. Site visit on 10/07/2020 during restoration and cleanup. Has primary has been pulled and old primary abandoned? Thanks.
