Hi Gerald,
I just did a comparison for Molalla’s current lamp counts.
Looks like it will be an overall increase of approximately 3.5%.

I think the reason the Opt B % change is higher is because it only contains the maintenance & energy component. Since the increase is primarily due to the energy cost, and the Option A rate also has the investment component (which did not change), the overall increase for Option A is lower.
I’ve copied our Rates Analyst (Casey) as well in case you have additional questions,
Thanks,
Kristy

***Please take care when opening links, attachments or responding to this email as it originated outside of PGE.***
Hi Kristy,
What is PGE’s justification for charging significantly more for City owned equipment under Option B and Option C? How is the energy to these lights more costly than to Option A lights on the same street, block, etc.? Option B LED has a 272% increase and Option C LED has a 316% increase compared to Option A LED. The increases are worse under Schedule 91.
