Please see attach file for easement right away demotions. The Public Work Director has advised me that the City of Molalla will not allow power to be placed in the street. There is a 7’ right a way easement from back of curb on Christopher St., which allow all utility to be placed. The City does allow street crossing. Please direct crew to relocate power into the easement. Placement of the vault needs to have a 1% slope from back of curb for future sidewalk development. Please let me know if you have any question or concerns.
