Thank you for contacting PGE regarding damage that occurred on 5/23/2020. We are here to help you through the claims process and are currently looking into the event that led to the damage. Once the cause has been established, we will determine whether your claim can be accepted or not. The time required to complete this investigation will depend on the complexity of the event.
We will need to know if you have three phase protection for the pump.
If we determine that we can accept your claim for payment, we will contact you by phone. If we are not able to accept your claim, you will receive a letter explaining the reason(s) why.
