Subject: PGE Blanket Right of Way Permit Proposal

Hi Dan,

I know that you are incredibly busy right now but just wanted to let you know that we are working hard on our end to mitigate complexities and enhance efficiencies as much as possible for our partners during this unprecedented time. In case you are considering making adjustments and/or modifications to City operations and staff, I wanted to offer up the option of a blanket permit for both routine and emergency right of way work for your consideration. We are offering this option as a way to help relieve permit review time, if reduced staff or modified hours of operation become necessary. It would also ensure that we continue to provide uninterrupted service to our customers during the COVID-19 period.

I have attached a copy of the blanket permit for your review. Our hope is to have this in place by March 23rd , if the City is interested. It would be great if you could socialize this document within the organization for any feedback or questions and I am happy to receive both. We can set up a call at any time to discuss details.

Thank you, Dan, for your consideration. I look forward to hearing from you and in the meantime, please let me know if there is anything you need.

Stay well.

Eric
