Hi Marlene,

The attached ODOT permit does not allow for evening or weekend work without prior approval. This particular job will need to be done after normal business hours and/or on a weekend since it will require a power shutdown to a bank.

Could you approve this work for a weekend or after normal business hours? I’ve copied Melissa Griffith, one of our schedulers, on this email if you have any specific questions you need answered.
