Greetings! I wanted to reach out to share with you how your team received an email for residential (home) customers and apologize for the inconvenience and confusion. Yesterday, we sent an email to all our residential customers to share information about how we can help them with their bill during this time and help them save energy. Some of your meters are classified (due to size) as residential meters. As a result, when the data was pulled your information was included.

In addition, a technical glitch occurred, which is why you may have received multiple emails from us. We sincerely apologize for this! We have a technical team looking into the issue to prevent duplication and we are reviewing how we pull data to ensure we get residential (homes) only in the future for a communication like this.

Thank you for your patience. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. I’m here to help!
