This past weekend, PGE completed the next phase of our work to update and streamline our portlandgeneral.com website as part of our ongoing work to serve you better.

None of these changes impact your Account Pages, which were updated in August. However, there are a few new features and resources I wanted to let you know about:

· Our WORKING WITH PGE menu offers a wealth of additional resources designed specifically for commercial customers, business customers, builders and developers and property managers. It will get you to the information you need quickly and provide you with tools you need to manage your work and energy use.

· Our easy-to-use POWER PARTNER online portal, offers a one-stop, streamlined resource for managing your PGE connections. This includes easy access to real-time status of work orders.

· Our WORKING WITH PGE menu also provides resources for businesses looking to open or expand, and tools and information to help property managers who oversee multiple accounts.

· You’ll also be able to find menus with CLEAN ENERGY CHOICES and SAVE MONEY tips brought together, so you can find all the resources you need for your business.
