Hello Gentlemen,

After submitting a request for power quality testing, our Service Coordinators actually entered this situation as an event for our Repair team first. This means someone from Repair (perhaps an Eagle) will come on-site today and check the voltage drops to determine the next steps. This is better as it escalates the review and determination toward a solution.

Ryan, someone should be contacting you soon if they haven’t already. I’ll continue to track this effort. Please reach out if you have any questions.
