I went ahead and reported one of the lights in the alley way with Work Order #M2661220, Map ID and Pole Number D5209C-1677. I circled the light in the screenshot below. As far as the second light goes, I’m not sure which light the customer would have been referring to based off of the information provided. Can you point out for me the light with the issue with the screen shot?
