Good morning Gerald,

After looking into the pole you have asked to be finished, I have found out that we have notified the respective franchise utilities to transfer their equipment and update the shared system we use. I believe Clackamas County Communications is the next utility to transfer. I will have someone renotify CCC to transfer their stuff.

Regarding the job and the permit that we requested to be renewed, for the removal of Pole 30, we will no longer be needing the permit renewed since the work has been completed.

I think this one is done. See attached image.

There is one that needs to be finished at the intersection of Ross and Marson. It is on the northeast corner of that intersection. PGE set a new pole and relocated power but the franchise utilities have not moved their stuff and the old pole is still there. If you can light a fire under them to get that done so the pole can be removed and asphalt repaired that would be great. Thanks.
