Hi Mark,

Though not required, we posted for the month of June. Also, our Mayor informed me that the plaintiff is contacting our Compliance Specialist and asking for additional information for the Wednesday meeting. I’ve asked Holly to forward the email to me and will send to you as soon as I get it. Again, the plaintiff is not allowed to communicate with the Compliance Specialist outside of the open meeting. They must submit inquiries through you. We will also not be doing anything more than the minimum that is required under the consent decree for this reporting and quarterly meeting. Thanks Mark.
