The City doesn’t have the typically 8-10’ PUE on Fenton and this may lead to some issues. The subs and PGE need to install per plan. The only PUE I found was for 175 Fenton with an 8’ PUE. The water meters, clean outs, and communication vaults are all within the ROW and most are in the sidewalk area. Please move ahead with the approved plans.

There was some confusion on the location of the conduit for streetlight facilities on Fenton Ave.
Following up on our phone calls and closing out this issue. Ken is out of office with a family emergency this week. Lisa Guarnero is the Project Manager for the job, but she is out of office until January. Jeff Wiese is attached on this email and is the Lighting Service and Design Project Manager in Oregon City who is able to help out here with this issue.
The Contract Plans indicate conduit being located under the sidewalk in the public ROW. This is how we are proceeding with the installation of the junction boxes and conduit for streetlight facilities. Jeff Wiese has confirmed that this is acceptable to PGE.

PGE requires all the junction boxes, light poles and conduits in a PUE unless there is a special agreement with the municipality & PGE Project Manager.
