Subject: Trees on Francis St

Importance: Normal

Good Morning,

I’m receiving heavy complaints today from Francis St here in town (around address 324), where we had a power outage over the weekend. Apparently PGE and Asplundh crews were here and cut a tree back, and the property owners feel it’s been left in an unsafe condition and are afraid it will fall on their houses. When asking PGE crew about the matter they were told to contact Asplundh for some reason. I’m not sure why a PGE power customer should be told to contact a PGE sub-contractor. Can you clarify that process for me?

Also, the debris from this work was left on our street. Can I assume PGE or Asplundh was going to be headed out today to finish cleanup from the job? My crew is doing rounds today to clean up from the storm. If they get to it before you do I will track time and materials. Please let me know if this is not necessary?

I highly recommend having someone from your PR group call the property owners out there. Your contact is Pammy Rasmussen, pammyras@gmail.com, 503-516-5012

Thank you,

Andy Peters
