Hi Darrell,

The staking on the north side of OR211 is ODOT for the pathway improvements. ROW acquisitions underway on the north side which is why you see staking that may not match current records. I am not aware of any staking on the south side unless it is for ADA ramp improvements. ODOT plans on doing ADA improvements in summer of 2020 as part of another project. Thanks.

The parcel you mentioned is owned by Stafford Land Company. They have recently expressed interest in building on that site but the City has not yet received any applications.

I don’t know of any planned ROW width for Ona WY but perhaps Gerald would?

Dan,

I was in a week or so ago inquiring about the redline utility plans for the N Hezzie Ln subdivision. You told me to send you an email to request the information because you thought I would probably have to fill out a request form or something like that. So here is the official email requesting the form or the information. I also have some questions about the lot on the south side of OR 211 between S Ona Way and Molalla Forest Rd. I see that there are survey stakes out there for something. Do you know what is going on with that lot? We are preparing to do a main tie from where our main ends on Molalla Forest Rd to the main that runs south on S Ona Way and I am having some issues trying to determine the width of the S Ona Way ROW. The tax map and our maps indicate a 35’ ROW but the recent survey stakes tend to paint a different picture and there is not a survey for that lot on Clackamas County website yet. Any additional information that you could provide would be greatly appreciated and let me know if I need to fill out a form for the subdivision redline info.
